Kim has been teaching the SilverSneakers' classes for the past 5 years. She has a degree from Kutztown University in Elementary Education. She also holds an Older Adult Certification through Healthways. She has attended many SilverSneakers' workshops and enjoys learning new moves to take back to her classes! She lives in South Annville with her husband, Nathan, and their 5 children, Lindsey, Jacob, Cody, Katelyn, and Emily. Kim teaches the SilverSneakers 1 and Yoga Stretch classes.
Kristin Herrmann:
Kristin is a native of the Annville-Cleona area, and a graduate of Annville-Cleona High School. Upon completion of high school, she attended Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, where she received a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. Since the birth of her first daughter, Kristin has been a stay at home mom. She now resides in Palmyra with her husband Frank, daughters Ella, 8 and Lily, 6 and two cats, Chloe and Zoe. She is an active member of Fairland Brethern in Christ Church in Cleona, where she teaches Sunday School and sings in the worship team. Kristin's favorite hobbies include cycling and scrapbooking, in which she has a small home business through Creative Memories. Kristin has been teaching SilverSneakers for almost three years. She continues to substitute teach at the Family Athletic Club of Hershey.
